What the form collects
Your name, your phone number or email address, and the time slot you pick.
Why we collect it
To call you back at the time you picked, or to email you if you gave an email address.

Bryan and Devan.
Where it's stored
On a DigitalOcean server in New York, in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking details for 90 days.
Call recordings
Bryan makes the call himself. He may ask to record it.
- He asks first.
- He never records a call without a yes.
- A recording is used only by Rising Factor, to follow up with you.
- We keep a recording for 90 days.
- You can ask us to delete a recording.
Deleting your information
To have your booking details or a call recording deleted, email contact@risingfactor.com.
